Hello everyone! So- my sister and I are doing the program whilst breastfeeding 3 month old babies. This is not for weight loss but for health so I have allowed healthy snacks the problem is my snacking is getting out of control- although it's healthy to eat raisins two bags in an hour is excessive (I don't even remember opening the second one!) and hiding cooking chocolate is a definite sign the sugar addiction is back! My sister eats the weeks supply of date balls within two hours lol. Any suggestions welcome :-)

Hey beautiful girl!! This plan will absolutely work for you and your sister!! Sugar cravings are so hard!! My tricks are cinnamon for controlling sugar levels and also herbal teas are great - especially liquorice as it's naturally sweet! Other ideas are lemon and ginger xxxx
