Hello wondering if anyone has any advice/health supplements for anxiety ? I would be so grateful as struggling with it XXX

I found CBT really helpful & working on changing your mind set everyday. I started meditating everyday and at the end of the day writing down 5 things I was grateful for/ happy about even if they were tiny it focuses you more on thinking about positive things
Anything that brings you back into the present is good, I found myself always thinking 'what if' and thinking about the future too much. when you are feeling anxious or panicky, focus on something to distract your brain. So if your in a room think how many things you can see that are green or in your head describe an object really in detail, it's a good distraction I found it helped rather than telling myself not
