I've been having chia seed pudding for breakfast instead of eggs as I don't really enjoy them! However I'm really not keen on the texture of the chia pudding. Is there a good alternative? Quinoa maybe? Xx

I find if I add some pumpkin seeds and raspberries and cacao nibs to mine, it adds great crunch to combat the gooey texture!

That's what I was going to say Agnes. I think stick with porridge with stewed fruit. I love it more than any others. Xx
