Just did yoga for the second time (it's my first week) and I love it! I'm quite flexible because I've been doing ballet for years so I thought it'd be alright, and I was for the most part, but I discovered I was tight in places I didn't even know I had 😉 And my tendons are very short, which is quite annoying when you dance... I had also never noticed how weak my arms are! But by the end of the video my feet were all the way to the floor in downward facing dog, and I could support myself on my arms more easily👌 Small victories but I'm so pleased to see that I'm already making progress after trying it only twice ! I feel like my technique is really going to improve in yoga and in ballet, as well as my general fitness. Thanks Madeleine ! 😄

That is great, I envy you! I'm in week 4 and still can't place entire feet on the floor. 😟 But I do also enjoy Yoga, I'm new to it too! Xx
