Madeleine - is it ok to have oats for breakfast everyday but maybe add more protein on a day that should be an egg breakfast morning? X

Hey Jenny, you can mix it up with smoothies, buckwheat porridge and quinoa porridge and that might give a little more variety to your breakfasts if you don't like eggs! Playing around with different pseudocereals is great and you can add some protein powders or superfood powders if you'd like! ❤️❤️
