Attempted to make the quinoa superfood bread from get the glow, but it's not sticking together at all. Any idea why this might be?

I am now an expert on this, don't put in a loaf tin, use 1/2 to 3/4 of the water, mix together and let it sit for an hour . Then grease a baking tray and kneed the bread into a loaf shape, don't make it too thick. Bake as recipe, but then leave in the oven switched off for another hour.
Then remove and slice on tray, and freeze straight away. Then just pop in toaster or oven when needed. Another good recipe is Deliciously Ella"s bread , again only use 1/2 the water . Xx
