I thought it'd be a nightmare but it wasn't that hard! I sip a herbal tea around 4pm to help. Week 6 tomorrow, time flies!!!

I was okay but I'm a stay at home mum with no one dictating my time, I just ate my breakfast really late which knocked lunch out and the gaps between meals somewhat shorter than some!

If your body is hungry don't deprive just cos that is what it says on the plan. It's about listening to your body and don't deprive if you need a healthy snack X X
