Have spectacularly fallen off the wagon after a weekend of friends birthday celebrations and a couple of work functions.
I'm so annoyed with myself as I was really enjoying the food prep, the healthy food and early nights. I really felt I was in the zone but now I feel I'm miles away from that.
Will resume from week 4 ...just really hoping I can get into it all again. 😔

You can definitely get your Glow back! I had a week off last week when I was on holiday and came back feeling tired, bloated & unhealthy - but just 6 days back on the programme & I feel great again! Just pick up where you left off and don't feel bad about it 😊 ✨

It's really shown me that as I soon as I start eating the rubbish stuff, the more my body craves. It's an awareness I didn't have before, so that's a positive! Xx
