Hey Madeleine and Glowgirls, I wonder if you would recommend a quick stretching session right after the workouts? I'm used to it from my previous workout routine but now I am not sure if I should skip it or not 😉

Stretches are always great babe, a really good way to rest your muscles and recuperate after exercise xx

I would say if you are used to stretching keep doing it but I'm sure there are stretches at the end any way but I'm usually too whacked to notice lol. Xx
