I do them after work and then have dinner after, it works well for me, as I can take shower, put PJs on and just relax after. Xx

My kid is awake by 6am, have tried so many times to do a 5am workout but I'm sleep deprived enough, it has to be later for me. But the workouts/yoga/stretchy Sunday's are so good and I love everyone of them :)

Hi Kalie, hope you're well!! So pleased you're thinking of starting Glow Guides. I do advise you start on a Sunday as this eases you into the week on a calm note but you can absolutely start any day there are no restrictions! Monday would be great and set you up for a great week, the program is really flexible to your own personal schedule!

As for the meal plans, yes you will have to pay for the App to see this content as well as shopping lists and recipes.

I've always done my workouts in the morning. My head office is 75 miles away, so often get up at 4.30 to get them done. Really sets you up for the day!

Hi Madeline,

I really want to start the glow guides, especially having my worst attack of IBS this weekend in years and through no thought but my own, but I please wanted to know the answers to some questions.

I just completed your survey and I have asked this same question twice before but am yet to have a reply.

do I have to start of a Sunday as this is a busy working day for me and I cannot view the shopping list but wonder if this is because I need to buy the app first to get started?

I get up at 5am for work and have no time to workout after work. I'm seriously considering getting up at 4am to fit it in! Means less sleep, though. 😯

Would love to but my day starts at 6am and I don't think I could manage a 5:15am wake-up to fit the session in before getting ready for work! 🙁

Would love to work out in the morning but I don't think I sleep very well, I always seem to wake up feeling exhausted and a bit sick
