Morning, just finished my stretchy Sunday yoga week 3, I'm loving this journey so much, however I'm a little worried about the reduced sugar element this week with no date balls as a snack back up... Any tips on pushing through this part? Thank you 😄

Aww amazing welcome to week 3!! As for sugar cravings you can replace it with herbal teas!! I love liquorice xx

Hiya. Well done. It's such a lovely plan. It was ok without the balls. My week three sugarless ones didn't come out well so ended up in the bin. I just had a date if I fancied but I only had one that week. Good luck xx
