Thanks Joanne! Gave it a good massage so it wasn't bitter, think it is the texture I don't really enjoy

If you massage it first it takes bitterness out, I massage with almond butter and then pop into the dehydrator for kale crisps x

I'm still not sold on it. Think it needs to be slightly cooked instead of fresh? I keep trying because it's good for me...haha....would like to enjoy eating it though! It's not too bad in this dish.
