So I just did one week and still failed miserably... I was on the right track and had already lost 1.5kg but I went out a lot lately and yesterday I basically ate cake all night (without mentioning the drinks) 🙈 So today I wake up and obviously I have gained weight (I'm even heavier that when I started ! 😭) And I won't be able to follow the plan from Thursday to Sunday as I'll be on a weekend with uni and it will basically be booze and partying for thee days...

Try not to be too hard on yourself! I find it really hard to stick to plans if there's lots going on. If i workout in the morning after a night out I'm usually more careful night before and I won't feed the hangover that day or you could try starting the plan when it's a bit calmer. It's all good though filling up on all this fabulous food has got to be good even if it's washed down with tequila 😁

This happens to me a lot as I work long hours in the city so work gets the better of me, and then j want to spend time with my friends(inevitably involving eating/drinking) and so I lapse... However I just think I am making way better choices than I ever have before and even the smallest change (ie I've given up soft drinks for good now) is beneficial. It's a marathon not a sprint and we are hopefully getting into lifelong habits here rather than another month long crash diet that gets side lined almost immediately as it doesn't allow you any semblance of a normal life (cabbage soup diet, Atkins or Dukan anyone?! 😂) be kind to yourself and be mindful (which it sounds like you are already) and it will come good Xxx

Hey Manouche, it's hard to stick to a plan when there's lots of social stuff happening (at least that's what I find)! Try not to be so hard on yourself and just do what you can. Even if you only manage really small changes every week they'll all add up over time. Every little helps!! 💖
