Thinking of adding a yoghurt breakfast in but what can I add to make it more jazzy/substantial to keep me going until lunch? X

I just make my own granola - oats, nuts and seeds mixed with maple syrup and coconut oil - baked for 15 mins! Delish! Even husband eats it!!

Granola, almond butter, some sun warrior protein powder and mixed berries. I have that with natural yoghurt or co yo yogurt as a snack before bed at night. It's so yummy X X

I add a half a sliced banana then sprinkle on a tablespoon of oats and a teaspoon of ground almonds - very simple but tasty and lasts until lunch!

How about making a granola with oats seeds nuts and mixing in a bit of melted coconut oil and a drizzle of maple syrup. Bake in the oven until crisps up but don't over do it. Yum! Xxx
