Hey everyone! I need a little help, it's come to realisation, I don't like my own company !! Has anyone got any tips on how I can change this ? X

I think there are times we all feel like that! It will just take time I think. It is important to have time on your own for headspace but do whatever works for you! I used to really feel like that. I felt really uncomfortable being inside my own head because I had such negative feelings towards myself. but I'm working on it. And love some me time now. Just do what works for you. Yano maybe you feel like this because you are surrounded by such amazing positive people which is awesome xx

I feel like that today, have been living on my own for nearly a year now after a seperation. Most of the time I love my own company and being able to do my own thing! But some days I crave the company of other people too. Bit of a balancing act really. Hope you work something out. 😊

I never used to but now I love it lol. I don't know what changed but maybe just doing nice things on your own will help. Meditation as suggested Is great.

I love taking a day out shopping on my own, go for coffee or lunch & read the morning papers or a walk if the weather's nice. Or else have a pamper day, play relaxing music, light candles. Have you tried the meditation? Xx
