Dear me - got terrible sciatica pain!! Trying to do yoga to stretch it out but this is the worst I've felt. Any tips glowers ? 😞

Ice is great 15 mins three times a day. Ibuprofen if you can tolerate it to reduce inflammation. Xx

Walking it out, ice packs, tiger balm, hot water bottle, keep it moving! I had this a few weeks ago, ended up going to the chiropractor, but these things helped in the mean time! Xx
