Hi! I'm new and already got some questions. Is it ok to skip meals? Or should I stick to 3 meals and a healthy snack to see results? Also, I'm heading off for a long weekend soon and I'm already worried about not being able to stick to the meal plan. Advice please x

Just been diagnosed with leaky gut 😖 any tips to help heal? no more eggs, salmon, nuts, broccoli, spinach, carrots, quinoa, buckwheat, dairy, aubergine, pepper, tomato , asparagus , nut butter and figs. At least for the next 6 months, anyone else suffered from this. Tips and advice ? X X

On days that we do yoga, would you recommend restricting certain food groups? as we wouldn't need the same amount of energy compared to Circuit days, or combining the yoga with LISS or other workout?

Hi Maddie, I have a nut allergy and I have been doing ok with the recipes so far by just omitting the nuts, in the raw superfood balls I have been replacing nuts with gluten free oats. Can you recommend any other replacements for nuts? Thank you!

Hello! Do you have any plans to add more workouts or yoga videos? Also, would it be possible to get an amendable weekly meal planner for after the 8 weeks - at the moment I'm just writing a plan up myself but something on the app would be amazing.
I love how organised this plan is and I'm enjoying sticking to eating well and exercising daily after finishing a few weeks ago- thanks Madeleine (and Shona) ❤️ xx

There are so many healthy or "super" type foods that people recommend you eat regularly such as bone broth, turmeric, avocados, maca, etc. Should you worry about not being able to include all of things in your diet daily? How do you decide how often you should have all these different foods?
