Hi guys! It's my first official week as a glow girl, isn't the chickpea curry to die for?! I wanted to ask if an hours hard sweaty workout at the gym is about the equivalent of the glow workouts? I'm not a fan of working out at home. Also one more question for Madeleine! I would like to start a yoga class and my local yoga centre offers lots of different types of yoga and I have no idea which one to chose!
