Why do I struggle to eat healthy 😩 I know wheat is bad for me yet I still eat it and feel awful! And fast food too!! I wonder if it's FOMO (fear of missing out)?? Anyone else have the same problem where a certain food makes you Poorly but you still eat it?

Gluten intolerance and wheat intolerance are similar. U will find gluten the protein that makes up things like wheat stick together. I'm gluten,dairy, soya intolerant

That's definitely my problem, if there's cake or candy or something I'll eat huge amounts of it even though I'm not hungry anymore and am feeling sick. When there's something that I don't eat on a regular basis I just eat everything of it for fear of missing out... I wonder if it's only cravings caused by the pill I'm taking or if it has psychological causes which I find a bit scary 😕

I believe one of the symptoms of an intolerance is craving the thing you are intolerant to. I know it's true of me and milk x

I have wheat intolerance yet I still eat it 😩via don't know why!

Forgot to mention, I used to never want to miss out on take out etc. once I eliminated it from my diet & saw the benefits in the way I feel I now think before I eat anything with wheat & ask myself if it's worth feeling horrible afterwards.

I felt the same way.... I had many symptoms including fatigue, bloating, pain etc......After a long process I was diagnosed with Gluten sensitivity. You should read up on it.....many people suffer. Hope this helps. 😘
