Hi girls... I really don't like the Turmeric Milk recipe 😞 I think it's the ginger. If I leave out the ginger and add a teaspoon of maple syrup or honey I can happily drink it! But.... will I still get benefit from my version of the recipe, or am I as well to just not have it at all and try and add turmeric somewhere else in my diet???

Hello gorgeous it's still great without the ginger!! Turmeric is so good for you and combined with the rice milk or almond milk it's full of vitamins and minerals xxxx

I didn't like it first, but now I love it. Are you sure you don't add too much cinnamon? It looks really brown. I whip the milk while it's heating so the spices really melt.
I think the turmeric works better with ginger (I read that somewhere) but it should be great to have it alone anyway! ;)
