Hi everyone, I'm really excited to be starting tomorrow! Just looking at the recipes for week 1. I'm not sure if I've missed something, but Sunday's roast chicken recipe uses 1 sweet potato. Should I have left overs from this potato as the chicken salad for Monday's lunch says to include left over roasted sweet potato. The roast chicken recipe for Sunday says to mash the sweet potato though. I'm a bit confused - it doesn't take much! Thanks so much.
