Needing some encouragement! Week 1 went well and then half way through week 2 until we went to Italy for Easter. Impossible to stay on the plan as staying in someone else's house. Now back home but finding the plan tricky to stick to with the children home for the holidays. Any tips for combining cooking for the kids and staying with the plan? I should be able to manage the workouts at home from now on but feel I should be doing more cardio like going for a run to get results - is his necessary or will the workouts be enough? Feeling very tired and hungry all the time and can't resist all this chocolate in the house!! Argh!

Thanks, yes will try from week 2 again. Tricky keeping to food plan when kids around but I know I'll feel better for sticking off the sugar and chocolate. Thanks for your support

Hey don't worry just pick up where you left off and carry on. The workouts should be enough.
Try and cook on a Sunday for most of the week. Most meals keep in the fridge or freeze well. 👍

I have been just the same - great first week then fell spectacularly off the wagon over Easter, so started week 2 today and decided to try to forget last week. Feel better just after 1 day. I hope you do too!
