Needing some encouragement! Week 1 went well and then half way through week 2 until we went to Italy for Easter. Impossible to stay on the plan as staying in someone else's house. Now back home but finding the plan tricky to stick to with the children home for the holidays. Any tips for combining cooking for the kids and staying with the plan? I should be able to manage the workouts at home from now on but feel I should be doing more cardio like going for a run to get results - is his necessary or will the workouts be enough? Feeling very tired and hungry all the time and can't resist all this chocolate in the house!! Argh!
