If you’ve just started the programme and you’ve hit that 4pm dip, or you’re feeling a little grouchy it’s just your body going cold turkey to the sugar. It should last a week maximum, keep pushing through and know that you’re all in it together! Stay positive and keep your head up you’re doing great! Big kiss xx

I have indeed just started yr program and just want to say how impressed I am so far. I nearly talked myself out of joining but so glad I didn't. Your workouts are brilliantly explained so I don't need t look at my phone t watch all the time and the way you use leftovers in yr meals means I'm not spending all night prepping for the next day like most plans. great work Maddy!! - I ache today mind ha!!
