Hi I'm new to the app! I haven't been well last week and should have started my first week On Sunday - can I start this Sunday instead?
My motivation for doing this app is stress, stress that devastated my body. I'm hoping I can begin to rebuild my shattered mind and body! X

For me my New Years resolution last year was to change to a healthy diet which I succeeded in thanks to your website and book.
January went a bit downhill so I wanted this app to get back on track as well as regular exercise and having yoga and meditation within hands reach.
I also wanted to learn about what foods to eat to help along with the exercise as I find that hard to know when to eat protein etc.as well as wanting more of your recipes.
I am struggling a bit atm, more than I thought I would and it's only day 3. I think I may need to alter the exercise and food portions to suit me as I just won't end up doing the exercise/ not eat and then feel rubbish! I struggle with being told what to eat as i struggle eating something I don't fancy at the time.
I'm guessing it'll take me a while to work out what's best for me. As this is a lifestyle change and not just an 8 week programme for me.

In my road to recovery post a turbulent 2016, Glow Guides has helped me learn to love me again! I've been continuing the philosophy since completing the 8week programme in March and love my new approach to health & fitness. I've met some incredibly inspiring individuals! Thank You Glow Guides 🙌👏🌟

I started because I have your first book and loved he holistic and person centred approach to it, the clear layout and less restrictive approach.
I'm a busy nurse working 50+ hours a week and after a year or more in a mangers position finding hat stress was starting to seep into my everyday life as well as the work place. I was turning into some one I didn't like and the holistic approach to mind body and soul was perfect! I've noticed a huge change in my outlook, attitude towards life, diet and body shape! 😘

Honestly, I love your recipes. I love veggies but most books I got were "protein and green salad" type. And I just get bored, not to mention my husband who's psychologically allergic to anything green or healthy. Your recipes however are easy to follow (and I'm a beginner level cook) and everyone enjoys them. So I decided to give the program a try. I loved the yoga videos, the work outs, the meditation and the community. The mealplans and shopping lists make healthy life easier and following a set plan was exactly what I needed in terms of motivation.
I can honestly say I'd never paid for an app before or since glow guides and I think it's worth every penny. I'm doing the 8 weeks again and I'll repeat when the veggie option comes out.

Struggling with fertility issues for the last few years is taking its toll both mentally and physically. Having suffered from depression in the past it's super important to look after my mind and body in equal measure. What I eat massively effects my mental state as does lack of exercise alongside all the hormones I'm taking. By committing to this for the next 8 weeks I'm making a positive commitment to myself that will help keep me healthy both inside and out xx

My motivation is to keep my mind and body as healthy as I can and to enjoy nourishing food! I see such a connection now between my moods and what I eat (and don't eat!). And it's all so simple!! You must be bursting with pride Maddie at how your program is changing lives. 👏 ❤🌞🌞

I want to be able to control my craving and not think about food all the time ! What I'm eating, when, how I shouldn't have eaten this and that... And thus lose weight. I don't feel like I'm on a diet and I already feel more comfortable with my relationship to food as I don't have to worry all the time about what I'm putting in my body ! And I've lost 1.6kg in just a week :) I also want to find new ways to exercise and clear my skin - and my mind !

I'm exactly like Jackie, also wanted to lose weight, however, this was never the only reason. I have been into healthy eating since a while, but neglected the exercise side, and I never did meditation before. I feel much better thanks to Glow Guides, and to be honest I just love the community aspect of it as well! Even though we never spoke in real life, I feel I have a friend in you, Maddie, and in all the squad, and it's a great thing! Xxx

My motivation is weight loss, Maddie, but I don't want to be on a 'diet' or having to worry about points, portion size, weighing food - I just want to eat a healthy diet and hopefully a side effect will be weight loss.

I always seem to look after other people and rush round everywhere. I found out I was wheat intolerant last year so cut that out of my diet and lost 2 stone. I wanted to continue this and get a stronger kind as well as a healthier body. I love all things maddie and have been following for ages. I decided it was time to start investing in a bit of me time and glow guides helps me do that. The meditations and all the videos and live streams are amazing. The best £50 I have spent. I use your book regularly to cook from, and absolutely love it! I am pretty good at eating well but I find it hard to incorporate exercise and chilling out in as well around my work and uni commitments... This plan seems like a great way to try and fit it all in !
