I am such a secret snacker! Anyone any ideas how to beat the night time munching? My boyfriend loves to have snacks out in the evening and I can never resist I get so peckish at this time. I need more will power maybe 😂

Dried fruit, yoghurt, make homemade nut butter cookies

I made a strawberry mousse from strawberries, coconut yogurt , avocado, vanilla protein powder and cinamon and blueberries, blend it all together and its a lovely healthy snack to have at night. I find at about 9pm I'm always wanting a little snack and this is good. Or try some Greek yogurt with nuts , berries, almond butter and some protein powder. Both yummy and healthy snacks to try X X

I tried homemade kale crisps at the weekend. I had a craving for a savoury snack and this did the trick..so amazing if you like kale 💚 Made choc hazelnut balls from get the glow for this weeks sweet treats and they're yummy too if u like something sweet with a hot drink👍
