I always have major sweet tooth in the evenings! It's become so habitual to have a snack with my evening cup of tea! 😥☕️
Any advice?

I made a strawberry mousse from strawberries, coconut yogurt , avocado, vanilla protein powder and cinamon and blueberries, blend it all together and its a lovely healthy snack to have at night. I find at about 9pm I'm always wanting a little snack and this is good. Or try some Greek yogurt with nuts , berries, almond butter and some protein powder. Both yummy and healthy snacks to try X X

Peppermint and liquorice tea is lovely, tastes very sweet and takes those cravings away. Or hot chocolate made with rice milk, cacao, cinnamon and coconut sugar. Hits the spot! X

My tips- I brush my teeth shortly after dinner instead of waiting just before bed. Once you brush your teeth you actually don't feel like eating anything because it won't taste good. And it seems to work!
Or try having a sweet herbal tea instead of a normal one.
