I am on my first week and normally I have some fruit during the day. The glow plan does not have this and I find that I am missing it. Firstly, is there a reason fruit is missing and is it okay to have an apple, melon or pineapple rather than the almond bite?

i dometimes have some friit...i do eat less than before though and im sure its fine...better that than a donut!!

I guess it's extra sugar but in the grand scheme of things there are a lot worse foods to be eating. X

I stick to the meal plan for all the meals, but as it doesn't include desserts I always have a fruit at the end of my lunch or dinner :) Helps beat the hunger and it's totally healthy so I assume we're allowed (and even encouraged) to eat fruit!
