I'm coming to the end of the first week of the Glow Guide Programme and I feel great! Starting each day with meditation makes a huge difference and I am so happy I was recommended this programme. I've also had to make extra meals because my boyfriend prefers to eat my meals 😊 This is an eating plan that I can follow without any hassle; the meals are simple, delicious and so healthy!
