This is it. Last day of week 8. It's not the end though, just the beginning! I'll be starting over tomorrow, with a few twists here and there, mainly from Ready Steady Glow. I'm completely hooked to the daily workout, the inspirational meditation, the dry brushing, the turmeric milk, the spiced cauliflower salad, the roast miso aubergine, the sesame balls...thank you Madeleine, Shona, and the Glow community for the only programme that's ever worked with me! I feel energised, balanced and motivated to stay that way 🙏🏼☀️

To answer your question Healthymann, I'm slightly thinner around the waist, and my legs are definitely more tonic. There's still work but it's a very good start ;)

I've lost 4kg, which is half of my goal, but there have been some occasions for exceptions over the 8 weeks such as Easter, birthday parties (life goes on!) So I'm starting over to hopefully lose a little more before stabilising.

May I ask if you have lost weight or rather has your shape changed? I know that's not everything and may not have been your reason for starting, I'm just curious?
