So this is my first week starting the Glow Guides. I had always been fit & healthy, working full time for the NHS ambulance. I had lots of health issues over the last three years, including an awful pregnancy followed by a serious car crash.
I eventually broke down & was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Hypothyroid, complex regional pain syndrome & Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. As a mum with a 2yr old I need all the energy I can get. All of the above have had a massive impact on myself, my family & my life.
I just want to get my "Glow" back & regain some of my life. Reading Madeleine's journey & those of you in this lovely community have inspired me to sort myself out.
I can't manage the work outs at the moment as my joints have a habit of randomly dislocating!! Hopefully as the weight gain goes & my energy levels improve, I may one day be able to rock the work out "Glow"!!!

I'm actually enjoying cooking again. Even my little girl loves to "help" & she likes to try bits & pieces. Thank you for your support xx
