Well I haven't been on here for ages and it looks like there are many of us benefitting from this awesome Glow App! Personally, I've never felt better - lush food and mega prep on Sunday makes sticking to clean eating a breeze! My wine habit was my major weakness - but I'm down to 3 glasses a week (not a night which has been known!!!) I was exercising regularly before the plan but can honestly say I'm loving my new yoga morning routine in my pj's before jumping in the shower ! You are all doing amazing girlies ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Specific tips - don't keep any in the house until saturday?! I treat myself to nice bottles of soda water - the little glass ones from the Fever tree! Loads of ice cubes maybe with slices of lemon or lime in already and a really posh wine glass! Feels like a treat - and if I really feel like I'm about to hit the bottle, as in the wine kind - I quickly reach for a nice cordial such as the Belvoir range and add a drop to my fizzy water! It seems to be doing the trick for the moment. I still have a glass on the weekend - I have to I'm a teacher lol! X
