Hi Madeleine, just purchased your glow guides app and I'm really looking forward to starting it! I'm a bit of a picking eater so just want to check that it's okay to swap meals if I don't like something or to create our own healthy meals as a replacement? (I am really craving quinoa and roasted vegetables and halloumi at the moment haha). Also is there anything I can replace turmeric milk with? I really really don't like milk.. Thank you in advance! I'm so excited to start using the guide! X

I am only in week 2 and have already noticed a huge difference to my energy levels and I feel pretty good about myself! The plan proves eating well does not mean going hungry, the portions are very generous keep you going and avoids snacking.

My only question Maddie is; I love drinking green teas and herbal teas but am trying to stick to one caffeinated one a day. Can you have more green tea or would you advise sticking to one? Thanks xx

Hello layal, if you want to have dairy I advise raw organic and full fat as this is the best kind! You can have cows milk and hard cheeses are easier to digest. Also halloumi is great xxxx

Hello zventham23, you can keep a towel by your nat to wipe you hands. Try digging them into the floor with force and this should keep you steady. Alternatively you can get a yoga mat with good grip I love Jade Harmony xx

Hi Nixx2, just eat what you can you don't have to eat the whole meal you can save the leftovers. Have a 4pm protein rich snack. Protein rich food will help you feel fuller longer it's probably because you're not used to protein and it can be fully but it's a good filling so don't be worried if you feel full! The 4pm snack should keep you going to dinner xx

Hello DariaN, I don't recommend snacking too much but a 4pm protein rich snack is perfectly fine especially as you're having dinner so late xx

Can we have dairy? Yogurt, soft fresh cheese etc. Not milk and processed cheeses. Since i've been eating yogurt with the curry as i like that balance between cold and hot.

Do you take any vitamin supplements ?? I take vitamin A and omega 3 every day and was wondering whether to carry on or if you would recommend any others? Loving the programme so far - chickpea curry was delicious ! Xx

Hi - I have just started with Monday. Am hoping to benefit from a better diet that has lots of anti inflammatory goodness as I have a huge birthday coming up and as a result of such a big number I'm beginning to get joint problems! I am pleased that the exercise and yoga can be adapted to suit ability . I want to keep as much flexibility as I can. I am a runner as well and also enjoy spinning too. Love, love, love it all so far xx

I think it's because I'm not used to eating much meat/ fish and find it quite rich. Maybe I'll try using other recipes? Looking forward to the Veggy one coming out.

Hi everyone :)
I'm struggling with the large portions and then am hungry a few hours later.
Is it ok to have smaller meals and then a healthy snack? Eg energy ball / hummus and carrot/cucumber?
With the large meals I get bored of eating / i get full up and can't eat anymore and don't want to make myself feel sick.

Hey Maddie! Love yo y new book! My question is: I know you don't recommend snacking in between meals but my husband is Italian and there no way he will have dinner before 9pm (used to be 10). I'd hate to eat alone as this is the only time we can spend together during the week. Is it OK to have two small snacks between lunch (12:30) and dinner? Or is it still too much?
