Feel an idiot posting this but I've suddenly hit a low this evening. I didn't want to cook, didn't want to eat. Just felt so thirsty & tired. I'm only on day 4 of the #GlowGuides so I can't understand where this sudden slump has come from???? Has this happened to anyone else?

You're not being stupid at all gorgeous!! This is completely normal when starting a new program and quitting sugar! It will get better and you will get the energy back it's the withdrawals you're experiencing! Keep going and stay strong you can do this!! Lots of love, you're doing so well xxxx

Thank you!! I was fine all day until about 4.30/5ish. Just had a raging thirst & no energy. Cooked my L/O her dinner but couldn't find the motivation to cook for myself. Ended up drinking lots of water & eating a tub of melon pieces & some black grapes (guessing they are on the banned food list!).
Have woken feeling starving & really glad it's eggs for breakfast today!!!

I had a hard time the first week also as I was a big consumer of sugars before starting the program. Your body will soon adjust and you will start feeling much better!

Have a yummy snack like peanut butter & apple and a nice herbal tea xx

That's normal for first week. It's the body adjusting to no sugar etc. Go with it as the other side is fab. Xx
