Morning all. Does anyone ever have just a smoothie for breakfast? Xx

Add nut butter for protein 👍 I had the green goddess smoothie after the gym this morning and it kept me full til lunch. Hope this helps xx

I would generally combine as even on non exercise days you need something that will provide all the nutrients you need. That's covers protein, carbs and fats. I use a whole avocado in mine (I'm having 3 a day at the moment so 1 with each meal), 1 banana, blueberries, kale, protein, coconut yogurt, coconut milk, chia seeds and oats (although I can't have these at the moment so have a side plate of roast sweet potatoes lol) X X

Yes. I add oats to it though to keep me full longer. 1/2 avo.

I love smoothies for breakfast but make sure it's packed full of goodness to keep you going!! I love banana, avocado, spinach and almond milk 💚💚

I was thinking of having one without oats but lots of protein in a non exercise day but not sure how full I'd feel? X

I did yesterday. Turned the overnight oats into a smoothie and it kept me full till lunch
