Hi all 😊 Five days into the programme and I'm loving it! Felt rubbish at the start due to no sugar but I love the recipes and I'm feeling great now, noticing a difference in my skin too. Only problem is I'm struggling to finish a meal, half way through I feel so full and can't keep eating. Could it be down to all the water I'm drinking? I'm not used to that. Thanks xxx

Hello gorgeous just listen to your body and eat what you can then save the rest!! Leftovers are great xx

Yeah I struggle and haven't finished many meals. My my and brother have been enjoying the leftovers 😂
Madeline said its ok, and to focus on protein snack at 4pm if you need it.

They are big portions so just eat what you can and freeze the rest if you can. That's what I do xxx

I think it's mostly because the portions are huge ;) since it's not about depriving yourself the portions are quite generous but you don't have to feel like you need to eat everything !
