Another question glowies...
I always do my workouts in the morning but don't then have breakfast up to an hour after (normally fiddling around getting ready for work) so I was thinking of having a protein shake just after my workout to get the protein in straight after my workout (and still have breakfast before leaving for work). What are your thoughts on this? And also what protein powders do you recommend? 💚
