Seeing so many posts saying "am I allowed this ........", "is this banned......" , should I have this instead of this......" , "how much of this can I eat ........"
Guys just find balance, there is no rules as to what you can and can't have in life, we are only here once so if you fancy something have it, it's not going to hurt you. Be confident and don't obsess about what you can and can't have. There are no "laws" about food ❤️

Oh no sorry I didn't mean it like that. I think advice is great and questions are great but was more meaning , things like if you are really hungry between a meal, don't feel the need to gain permission to have a healthy snack, hunger is obviously your body feeling us we need food. Or if we are tired one day, listen to our body and not feel the need to push through exercise is we need rest and not feel the need to be granted permission for this, that was more where I was heading with this if that makes sense. X

I think if people have paid the money for the app and are trying to change their eating and exercise habits and follow the 8 week journey then it's perfectly OK to ask ANY questions for that benefit- surely that's what this community is for , I wouldn't assume it was obsessing in the slightest xx
