Does anyone know of natural, effective breath fresheners? I'm conscious that there's a lot of garlic on the plan which I love, but I eat these meals at work and it's not the best smell to take into a meeting. 😂😂

I feel your pain, Sab! 🙊

Thank you so much, everyone! Will try all your tips. I love garlic, too, but not sure everyone appreciates it second hand. 😂💚

You can brush your teeth after meals and I find herbal tea is great!! But I do love garlic haha xx

What I have is fresh mint tea. Just hot water and a big bunch of mint and a drizzle of honey so refreshing and good for the system!

I recommend eating an apple after meal it helps clean the mouth, chewing fennel seeds, adding coriander, parsley and mint to your food (chewing these fresh herbs helps) keeping well hydrated, ensuring you floss everyday (brushing doesn't reach to the areas in between your teeth so if you don't clean these areas it'll no be very nice smelling!) for the 'not so natural' tips I'd say ultradex mouthwash, chewing sugar free gym - CB12 sell a specific bad breath one in boots and generally a clean diet will help (bad bacteria in the gut can produce not very nice breath!) hope this helps :) xx
