struggling to find the energy to keep up with the exercise and feeling guilty for not doing it....the weather is so miserable here and it really effects my notivation levels....i love the yoga but really struggle to do the workouts....does anyone else struggle with exercise and motivation?

Hello beautiful do what you can!! The yoga is great and you can always split the workouts into shorter sessions evening and night! Please don't be too hard on yourself and remember how good you feel after the a session xx

Yes with work and two children I am struggling to find a space. I am going with small changes approach. About 80% of my meals are from the programme so my nutrition has improved greatly. Before the kids go to bed we are having a nightly disco where I play three tunes they love and we go nuts dancing.... It gets my heart rate raised at least!!

I love the workouts! And you can do them at your pace so they aren't too difficult. I think that they are a huge part of the program as exercise in general helps boost those happy hormones. I would try make time for them if I was you :)

I find it hard to fit in every single day but what I've done is downloaded Freelectics too so on rushed days I just do that instead as it can be done in 10-15 mins and at least makes you feel like you have done something on those days when you struggle time wise for the whole workouts in the guide xx

I'm currently only doing the yoga, but doing it 4 times plus the Sunday each week... I hope eventually I will want to do the other bit but the yoga is a huge improvement so I'm using this app as a long term slowly slowly method rather than 8 weeks when I know I will end up giving up....

I've realised I just can't do 45 mins a day so have accepted it and instead I do another exercise video that's shorter and one of Maddie's yoga workouts from YouTube xxx I think it's a good compromise for me versus doing nothing, and I try to do more at the weekend 😘

yeah i feel great after but its so uphill to get changed and often takes a chunk of time out of my morning..... so doesnt get done...nevermind

Don't feel guilty! Just keep trying and think about the benefits of doing it! You will feel very well after a workout. You can do it💪
