Day one for me. I decided to do the plan as have been feeling really out of sync with healthy eating habits and that's been making me feel really down. I've done my Stretchy Sunday yoga session and I've just had my avocado on toasted rye and turmeric milk sat in the sunshine. Feeling positive 😀

Thanks all. I think I need to reduce the amount of ginger in the turmeric milk but thought it was nice. The roast chicken was definitely a hit and I've got the date balls ready to go for the week- double quantity as the boyfriend is bound to steal a few!
