I really really want to start the plan but feeling a little hesitant!! Mainly because I don't know if I can substitute certain meals? E.g not a fan of eggs and also find they don't really agree with me eating them frequently. Can I just stick to porridge for breakfast?
I suffer with IBS which I really want to learn to control but also suffer really badly with eating and self esteem issues. Will this plan help that too? Any advice welcomed!
