I really really want to start the plan but feeling a little hesitant!! Mainly because I don't know if I can substitute certain meals? E.g not a fan of eggs and also find they don't really agree with me eating them frequently. Can I just stick to porridge for breakfast?
I suffer with IBS which I really want to learn to control but also suffer really badly with eating and self esteem issues. Will this plan help that too? Any advice welcomed!
Thanks glowies :)

Hi Jenny, you can use any recipes from my book or website if you want to substitute. The meal plan is dietician approved so it's great to include the protein xx

Also I'm not going to have time to make scrambled eggs and eat before I leave the house. So the oats are perfect and quick for my schedule

I love playing with the ingredients for the overnight oats. There are so many variants you can use and is soo filling. My fav is adding a few cherries and figs. I usually add a Tbs of chia seeds and 1/4 tsp of either vanilla or almond extract. I add it to a mason jar and then heat it up at work :)

you might try the chia seed pudding, or make yourself the pancake, or breakfast bar that sort of things.

Not really sure how I work the replacements in a breakfast. Porridge every day? X

I could have it without eggs. PETA site has tips on what to replace eggs with. Madeleine suffered with ibs as well, I also am a sufferer including gluten, dairy, soya intolerant
