I really want to give this a go but not such how to fit it in with my family. I have a 6 year old and partner and it's really important for me that we sit and eat together! Any one got any suggestions or tips?

Hello, I know life can get in the way sometimes but I try to get up a little earlier. Or you can split the workouts into two 25 minute exercises with a warm up for both. I believe in you 😘

Can I join the mummy group too?? I have a 9 and 6 year old and a 6 month puppy. Time is my biggest challenge having a 2 hour daily commute and working full time.

Thanks for the ideas! My boy is really good with trying new things so should be ok with most things. It's just the evening meals as he eats at school for lunch! I've accepted friends request!x

I'm in the same boat tiredattwo! I am doing this with husband, 6 year old and 3 year old. Exercise is after put down and I have breakfast at work in the am. I am doing meals for all of us where I think the kids will be happy- so am having chicken tonight but then swapping out some of the others from get the glow book. My kids are pretty adventurous eaters though and they seemed happy with all my clean meals last week. Just being really mindful that they can't eat everything and they need more fat etc. x
