I'm really missing (decaf) cups of tea 😩 maybe its just the sugar but I find tea so comforting.
Did ya all just get used to it or is there a replacement? X

Thanks Hannah,
I keep wanting the tea but not drinking it. Like wanting cake, part of me knows that it won't taste as great as I imagine so I don't.
Will stick with the herbal and some red bush and keep fighting the sugar!

I used to LOVE the comfort of a milky cuppa, but since beginning of last year I switched to peppermint tea exclusively and after a couple of months I found it did exactly the same job as the old tea :) I really don't like the taste of any other herbal teas so it's lucky really! x

Hello gorgeous!! Decaf is processed so ai wouldn't really recommend it, I you can have regular black tea if you'd like I just advise you do before 12pm!! Herbals are great too xx

Yes I would think decaf ok although the process to decaf it is not that natural so makes it processed. How about red bush tea? That has a tea like taste and is naturally decaf 👍xx

Agnes,
Ah that's not so bad then. I'd rather not on the whole but a cup now and then with a little honey is the way to go I think. Just didn't want to veer off the tracks in week one! Lol
Thanks 😄

Mairi, that sounds really good! Sweet, refreshing and cleansing, it's also about having something different rather than herb water every time I think,
Thanks!

I think it should be fine, it's about not having caffeine. Herbal teas would be better, cause they are so good for you, but I think if you're really missing tea, then you should have some decaf! Xx

I find hot water with lemon and a squeeze of honey really comforting and a nice replacement for tea

Hey Pincess, I'm day 3 week one so there's been only herbal tea. Is decaf tea acceptable? X
