I had a difficult day at work today and just not feeling the yoga. I've also been really craving something bready and sweet. Question to glow girls: do you do cheat meals? I'm craving a proper burger with bun and fries. It's getting to my head! What do i dooo....

I had a cheat meal every now and then usually after night shifts but I ended up feeling dreadful! Now when I think about it I don't crave that stuff. Sounds a bit odd but I write down how I feel each day and it reminds me when I feel like a treat that it actually makes me feel ill. Like the other girls we now say if we want it we have to make it from scratch. Except for crisps. Crisps are heavenly xx

Amazing well done layla!! It's so normal to have the cravings but the girls are right the chicken burger is a great idea and you can always sub these from the unhealthy alternative! Xx

That sounds good 😍 i managed to do the yoga & prep my quinoa salad. Had a talk with my husband and he motivated me along with you girls. Remembering why i'm doing this - it's great to have this community :) thank you

Completely - the chicken burger is absolutely delicious. Love the steak and parsnip chips too! Whips up very quickly xx

How about making a compromise and making the chicken burgers with a sweet potato chips? If you have a burger and fries - eat it slowly and saviour every mouthful and eat it guilt free as its not worth it otherwise. You have been doing amazing 💚

Yeah I've been having some raw cacao. I think so log as its healthy and you've cooked it from scratch it's not so bad? I had macaroni cheese last night 😁😂 I'm so skint so gotta grab a free meal from mum when I can!

i usually let myself have a treat on a friday...like a couple of glasses of wine. i have had occasion to go for a junk meal and feel so rubbish afterwards!! cos i love the food here and know if i eat accordingly i dont usually get too many cravings anymore and it becomes easier and actually crave healthy stuff. i was craving for biscuits with my tea the other day...but subbed it for an almond ball and it did the trick...1 ball knocked it on the head whereas i know 1 biscuit meant 5!!! if your craving is huge i would give into it and listen to how your body feels afterwards...you might be surprised. surprised
