Hi all, I am in week 2 of the plan and loving it! I have a question though... I have no allergies or sensitivities to dairy, in fact whole milk is a go to option for me when feeling unwell or low. Is there any reason I would want to continue with the rice milk over my favourite normal whole milk? Looking at the cartons there seems to be very little difference but whole milk more fat and rice milk has more sugar? Are there other benefits of rice or any nut milk?

Hello gorgeous girl!! Amazing congrats for starting the program!! Love this. Yes if you want dairy go for fat organic the reason it's not included in the program is because it's hard to digest for people xxxx

If your not intolerant and get on well with whole milk have that, but make sure it's organic X
