Today i adapted an unhealthy fried dough recipe from my country into a healthy baked one and it came out YUM! I'm pretty chuffed with myself so thought i'd share it.

Mix 3 eggs with 1/2 cup coconut sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Add pinch of saffron + 1/4 cup coconut oil + 2 tblsp rose water. In seperate bowl mix 1/2 c oat flour with 1/2 cup almond flour. Add 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cardamom and pinch of salt. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Stuff in 180 degrees preheated oven. Bake 15 min. Done! 😍
