I think I might have to do Exercise week 1 for the whole 8 weeks 😩

Yeah thanks healthy man, so what if I do! Absolutely going to go at my own pace, I have the rest of my life. Waking up on a new day I realise it's not a race. 😀

But so what if you do!!!! You're still exercising and if you weren't before then that's still better! Your motivation will come!

I'm gonna stick with it and stop being mean to myself! Who says I can't stay on week one for a few weeks, lol. Build some fitness and progress at my own pace 😀 x

Stick with it, it feels like it gets easier as you get stronger and once you start to see the change in your physical appearance you will feel even more determined!! Good luck!! 💪🏼✨

Yeah I've been missing a few exercises also due to a painful shoulder and a toe I dropped a very heavy thing on!
Think I'll get a Swedish massage to sort all my aches and pains out and feel renewed.
Such great news to hear week two gets better, thanks for the inspiration xx

Hi Samantha! I felt the same after the first exercise session (doing all exercises) but I did the second one last night and really enjoyed it! To be honest, Its because I skipped the mountain climber because I knew if I did it, I wouldn't enjoy the rest of the session. I'll get there eventually. I would go at your own pace, do as much as you can of the exercises you enjoy xx

Thank you so much Maddie, you're right. Stretchy Sunday, camomile tea and an early night tonight.
And maybe this first week is always hard, changing food, exercising every day (and running a new business). I don't feel like giving up, just sad and a bit rubbish.

Hello gorgeous!! Oh no please don't feel like that you are doing incredibly well! You can do this, perhaps just take some time for yourself and do some yoga and meditation to relax your beautiful body and clear your mind a bit! Listen to your body and have some lovely nourishing meals as that always helps to lift my spirits. Lots of love ❤️❤️
