Hi Madeline I'm wanted to start the 8 weeks but I'm just wondering which size safety resistance bands to get is it small medium or strong? Also I am a vegetarian is it possible for me to replace the meat dishes in the programme for extra vegetables or do you suggest something else also I'm allergic to chickpeas and peas can I also use something else instead of them? X

Hi Maddy!Do you know is there any difference between digestive enzyme and probiotics? do you recommend taking both? And is there any similar product that could take while traveling, as mine needs to store in the fridge. X!

Hi Maddie, do you have any plans to do shorter exercise videos say a 20 minute yoga or 30 minute workout, I love the exercises but at times find it hard to dedicate longer periods of time to them. Thanks xx

I am noticing a lessening in the discomfort of the osteoarthritis in my neck which I am hoping is the result of the goodness in this delicious diet. I was wondering if you had a reason for two recipes, and so four meals, with lentils (week one) and curries with cauliflower rice (week two) - don't mind it just curious really🤔 thanks Madeleine x

I also have autoimmune disease, I am building up the exercise very slowly. I adapt the recipes to avoid grains (rye and oats) and minimise sugar (no dates for me!). The turmeric tea is really helping my muscle inflammation 😃 thank you Madeleine for your inspiration 💚

DAtherton89 I have an app called think dirty which tells you how toxic the products you use are by giving them a rating out of 10 . The lower the score the more natural the product . It doesn't have all products listed , but does include a wide range.

Is there any particular benefit to having the turmeric milk in the morning rather than later in the day? I've been tending to have it in the evening and having lemon in hot water in the morning instead but I just wonder if that reduces the benefits of the turmeric milk at all? Xxx

Hi maddie I have been put on a auto immune paleo diet to heal my leaky gut. Part of the plan involves eating lots of coconut produce, has it been proven yet that coconut is good for us. I still panic about the fat content in it because we have always been told saturated fat is bad, although I realise this myth is being busted now right? X X

How can we tell what beauty products are natural? do we just trust the company? I know Origins claim to be natural and must be if you endorse them but when I read the ingredients list I don't recognise the names which I tend to take to mean they are man made chemicals.

I suffer from anxiety and meditation has been suggested as a method to help when things flare up. I use your meditations and they are fantastic - the best out there! Is there anything else you would suggest or can recommend to help at times like these? I've already contacted you re more meditations but if you could create a series of new meditations (with different topic areas) I'd subscribe and pay more for this and I'm sure other glow girls would too!
