Hello Everyone. Just bought the glow guides and am excited to start my journey to a healthier me next week. I'm probably older than the average Glow girl but as a mum of four "me time" has been bottom of my to do list for too long. I'm hoping that following a structured program will redirect my focus. Any tips from seasoned glow girls? Hope to be glowing in time for summer. 😉

That's the most rewarding part I think. Taking time for yourself again. When you're bottom of your list it's easy not to care. You'll feel fabulous after the guides 😁 get the whole family involved it'll make it a lot easier. I'm going round again but the whole extended family want to join in too! Xx

Thanks ladies. I have 2 teenage girls who complain about their skin. I've always said they need to look at what they put in their bodies. Guess I'm now going to put my money where my mouth is!!!

Welcome! Age is irrelevant- you are allowed to be healthy whatever age you are!! Lots of meals can be adapted to family eating - it's been a great way to get my acne suffering teen to change his diet!

Hi and welcome 🙋
Age is irrelevant and if you stick to the plan you will feel fantastic in no time. Week one is tough as body adjusts but after that it's amazing.
Self love is something I've always struggled with but even that improves!
Good luck xxx
