Made the buttercup smoothie from Ready Steady Glow for breakfast and it was unbelievable! I used frozen banana and vanilla sun warrior protein and it was like eating chocolate cake mix 😍❤️👌🏼 cannot recommend enough 💚

Yeah, it's natural protein- made from raw pea, hemp and cranberry protein and so yummy. Definitely helps keep you full, and I'd say using frozen banana also helps as it makes the smoothies so thick (I usually eat mine with a spoon and it lasts ages!). I've completed the 8 weeks so am just doing pick and mix from the plan, books and making things up myself at the moment. xx

Vanilla sun warrior protein sounds ace, presume it's a natural protein, where did you get it from?
